Commit is seeking a Cyber Security Expert with deep expertise in system security to lead and execute security initiatives that protect our clients' critical IT environments. What You Will Do:
Lead and manage security projects across enterprise IT environments, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Secure and maintain servers, storage platforms, and network infrastructure, with a focus on availability and resilience.
Configure and manage Microsoft services, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
Perform system hardening for Windows, Linux, SQL, and virtualization platforms following CIS, STIG, or equivalent standards.
Deploy, configure, and manage advanced security solutions, including NAC, SIEM, EDR, AV, DLP, PKI, and sanitization systems.
Drive automation of security tasks through scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and provide expert guidance throughout project lifecycles.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on system security and infrastructure protection. Proven track record in leading security projects and delivering end-to-end solutions in complex IT environments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and enterprise IT infrastructure. Expertise in system hardening across Windows, Linux, SQL, and virtualization technologies following industry security benchmarks. Experience implementing and managing PKI and cryptographic solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise security solutions such as SIEM, NAC, EDR, AV, and DLP. Proactive mindset with strong ownership, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to drive initiatives independently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with technical and business teams.
