Our company fights phishing. The product we developed is a self-learning, AI-driven email security solution that continuously detects and remediates advanced threats for global organizations of any size. Our solution is fast to deploy, easy to operate, and provides unparalleled protection against email threats.
As a part of your job, you will:
* Be a part of the product team to provide a holistic view of our customer base, remove blockers to evidence-based decision making and improve customer protection.
* Focus on improving our messaging threat protection solutions by analyzing our customers’ usage patterns, obtaining insights on critical milestones, and prioritizing agile R&D teams’ work.
* Be a part of the threat-protection team responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering key product outcomes.
* Deeply understand the user and customer pain points (including spending time to research and validate) to help Product, Marketing, and Operations develop solutions to address them.
* Interface with all functions (Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to understand requirements and collect the data needed to identify strategic actions.
