We are a gaming technology company (publicly traded on TASE) that built a loyalty program platform for gamers. We are adding to our products a loyalty payment card.

Job Description:
● Looking for BI expert to generate business value, insights and tools, in areas of customer acquisition, retention and product optimization.
● As part of the job, you will need to analyze data that is collected from our applications (desktop + mobile).
● Define KPIs and create reports to support day to day business processes.
● Owning the entire data development process, including business knowledge, methodology, quality assurance, and maintenance.
● Work closely with Management, Product, Marketing and R&D departments to make in-game data accessible & reliable.
● Seeing beyond numbers and helping to inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions.

● 4 years of experience as Head of BI and Analytics (or experience in leading BI and Analytics teams) in consumer web/apps companies, that are in charge of: • Data analysis • Data modeling • Data architecture • Design / implementation and maintenance of complex data pipelines ● B.Sc in statistics/ mathematics / information technology or military equivalent. ● Fluent in SQL. ● Experience with BI tools. ● Significant Experience with ETL tools and methodologies.
