About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Software Architect to play a key role in shaping the technological future of our company.
In this position, you will lead architectural decisions across complex software systems, drive engineering excellence, and help build scalable, high-performance solutions that support our business growth.
You will work closely with engineering teams and technology leaders, combining strategic architectural thinking with hands-on development and a strong focus on innovation, modern technologies, and AI-driven engineering practices.
The ideal candidate is a highly technical leader with deep expertise across backend, frontend, cloud, and mobile application architectures, capable of driving end-to-end technology decisions while remaining actively involved in software development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and technical design of customer-facing web and mobile applications.
Define scalable, secure, and maintainable frontend, mobile, and backend architectures.
Drive architectural decisions across Frontend, Mobile, APIs, Backend services, and Azure cloud solutions.
Remain hands-on, contributing to the design and development of critical system components.
Lead technical design reviews and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality.
Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, Security, Data, and Engineering teams.
Mentor engineers and technical leads on architecture, design patterns, and modern development approaches.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity solutions.
Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and opportunities for modernization and continuous improvement.

10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a senior software architecture role, with proven experience in end-to-end architectural ownership and active involvement in software development. (Lead Architect or equivalent). Extensive hands-on software engineering experience combined with a strong architectural mindset and technical leadership capabilities. Proven experience designing, building, and delivering large-scale, complex distributed systems and cloud-native architectures. Strong experience designing end-to-end application architectures across Backend, Frontend, and Mobile platforms. Practical experience with modern frontend technologies and frameworks, with the ability to guide architectural decisions for web applications. Experience with mobile application architectures, including native or cross-platform development environments. Excellent coding skills and a strong hands-on approach, with the ability to contribute directly to development efforts when needed. Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, integration patterns, scalability strategies, security principles, and modern development methodologies. Experience establishing engineering standards and leading architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews. Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated experience working with AI-assisted development tools and leveraging AI technologies to improve software engineering processes and developer productivity. Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, continuous improvement, and AI-driven software development. Experience collaborating with cross-functional technology teams in fast-paced and evolving environments. B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
