We are looking for Technical / Application Support Representatives for full-time or part-time positions. No prior experience is required – full training will be provided on the job.

The role is based in the company's support center and includes shift work (morning, evening, and weekends), with the option to work from home or in a full-time position.

Support is provided through remote access to the software installed at customer sites.
The position is suitable for students with basic computer knowledge who are interested in shift-based work, as well as for candidates seeking a full-time role in high-tech technical support.
We are looking for highly motivated candidates with strong service awareness.
Availability to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts is required.
