A well-established company in Ghana, specializing in large-scale public construction projects, is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer & Manager with strong management skills to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Strategic Leadership & Team Management – Lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee subcontractors, and ensure smooth collaboration across all project phases.

✅ Design & Planning – Oversee the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire protection, water, and sewage.

✅ Project Execution – Manage installation, commissioning, and coordination between contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

✅ Budget & Timeline Management – Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure timely project completion.

✅ Quality & Compliance – Ensure all systems meet industry standards, safety regulations, and efficiency requirements.

✅ Troubleshooting & Maintenance – Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal system performance.

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with an MEP specialization. 📌 Experience: 3-5 years in MEP design, installation, and project management for large-scale developments. 📊 Management Expertise: Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and drive project success in complex environments. 💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other design tools. ⚖ Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and MEP industry standards.
